Why Californians are leaving?

There is no doubt about it.  California is EXPENSIVE...well, some areas are, like the San Francisco Bay Area, where most cities median price homes are topping over $1 million dollars.  According to the Census Bureau Data, "from July 2016 to July 2017, more people moved out of California then in from other states.  California is losing people due to Domestic Migration.  "Data from United Van Lines show some of the most popular moving destinations for Californians from 2015 to 2017 were Texas, Arizona, Oregon, Washington and Colorado. Other experts also said Nevada remains a top destination."   Read more here.

According, to June 2018, East Bay Real Estate Weather Report there are more homes on the market this past May then last year in Alameda, Berkeley and Union City.  And 5 East Bay Cities topped over $1million in media sales price, which were:  Alameda, Berkeley, Fremont, Newark and Union City.  Watch the full report below.
